Handling time. Each order is made just for your dog, so please allow 3 business days for us to print, make, and pack your order before it ships. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Need it faster? An expedited shipping option is available at checkout for quicker delivery. Expedited shipping speeds up transit after your order ships — our standard production time is 3 business days — but when you choose expedited, we'll also do our best to expedite the order-processing portion on our end to get it to you as soon as possible.

Damaged or lost in transit. If your order is damaged in shipping or doesn't arrive, let us know within 30 days of receipt at support@wagzworth.com. Send a photo of any damage and we'll make it right.

What does Wagzworth make?

Soft-baked Sweetheart Chicken Bites, crunchy Chicken Chips, or both.

Yes — bite-sized, real-chicken treats for dogs of all breeds and sizes. They're treats, not a complete diet; check with your vet if your dog has allergies.

Can I send it as a gift?

Absolutely — ship directly to the recipient and add a gift note at checkout.

How long does it take?
