Welcome to Wagzworth. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products. Wagzworth sells personalized, made-to-order dog treats. Every order is produced specifically for you based on the photo, name, and options you provide. Because each item is custom and is a food product, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they ship (see Returns & Cancellations).

2. Treats are for dogs. Wagzworth treats are intended for dogs only and are not for human consumption. They are not a substitute for a complete diet. As with any treat, supervise your dog, provide fresh water, and consult your veterinarian if your dog has allergies or health conditions.

3. Your photos and content. When you upload a photo or provide text (such as your dog's name), you confirm that the content is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it isn't unlawful or infringing. You grant Wagzworth a license to use, reproduce, and adjust your content as needed to produce your order and — only where you've agreed — to feature it in our marketing. We may make minor adjustments (cropping, color, sizing) so your photo prints well. We may decline or cancel and refund any order containing content we consider inappropriate or that we cannot lawfully print.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but if we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you and may correct it or cancel and refund the affected order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

5. Shipping and delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for handling times, shipping options, and damaged/lost order procedures.

6. Cancellations, returns, and replacements. See our Returns & Cancellations policy.

7. Intellectual property. The Wagzworth name, logo, designs, label artwork, and website content are owned by Wagzworth and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. Our website and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagzworth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
